Your graduation DnD....and I am coming
Dear CP0505,
It has been quite a while since I took over from Mr Shankar to be your PEM.
Now you will be graduating soon...and this Wednesday it is your graduation DnD. I know most of you find that the cost to attend is on the high side (coming from a student perspective). As such I shall not be imposing too much on you to request you to come.
But just in case you have made up your mind to stay away from this event organised for you and by you, for whatever reason, be it due to high cost or otherwise....I just want you to know in this blog entry that the reason I am coming for this event, barring any unforseen circumstances, is because you are all my mentees during this short stint...you are someone special..you are CP0505 of NYP.
To prepare for the event, I intend to take a full day leave on Wed so that I am well prepared for the event. To top it all, I have also bought myself an outfit just for this event....
I have not been entering this blog lately as there are so many events happening in my life....my mum just passed away last month 14 Jan..and it hit me really hard..and till now I still cannot say for sure that I have totally overcome the grief..plus clearing my mum's things make it harder for me to overcome my grief..
Anyway, I will be there this Wednesday evening to share in the joy of your successful completion of your phase of education at NYP...
